Embroidery Specifications and Requirements
- The embroidered logo/design/name included in the cost must be 15,000 stitches or less. Logos or designs larger than that will incur an additional charge of $5 per 2,500 stitches over 15,000.
- If you are unsure of how many stitches are in your design/logo, please reach out to our friendly staff at [email protected] and they will be happy to help you determine the stitch size of your design/logo/name.
- Embroidery designs/logos must already be in a digitized file format in order for us to use them (.emb or .dst). If you do not already have a digitized file in one of these file formats, or you have not already had us digitize your design/logo, you MUST also purchase FILE DIGITIZING with your 1st order that requires embroidery.
- FILE DIGITIZING is a one-time fee that is required in order to get your design/logo digitized for embroidery. All logos/designs you submit for digitizing will be kept on file indefinitely, and may then be used on any item/s you choose to have embroidered in the future.
- Any changes, additions, redesigns, and/or drastic re-sizing to your original digitized file may require it to be re-digitized, which WILL incur an additional digitizing fee.
- Changing thread colors within your digitized design can be done without any additional charges.
- If you need more than 2 locations embroidered on your items, please reach out to our friendly staff at [email protected] so they can get you customized pricing.
- If you only require wording/text/monogram to be embroidered on your items, no file digitizing is necessary and you DO NOT need to add FILE DIGITIZING to your order. You may either choose from our list of available fonts or provide us with the actual font file (.ttf or .otf) you require.
- However, if your wording/text/monogram has been modified in any way from the original font file format, it would then be considered to be a logo/design and would require FILE DIGITIZING.
